Scope of supports

  • Assistance with travel and transport

  • Household tasks and domestic assistance

  • Development of daily life skills

  • Community, social, and civic participation

All supports are delivered in accordance with NDIS guidelines, with pricing aligned to the current NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits.

Our approach

We prioritise:

  • Predictable, reliable delivery

  • Respect for participant choice and dignity

  • Collaborative relationships with coordinators and families

We are transparent about capacity and only accept referrals where we can meet participant needs appropriately. This same approach guides how we engage staff, with a focus on values alignment and consistency of care.

Referrals & communication

Referrals can be made via email or phone. We aim to respond within a few business days and will confirm availability before accepting supports.
